Senior Developer
Channel Clarity, a performance-based marketing network, is in need of a Senior Developer, as an additional member of an in-house five person technical team. Qualified candidates should have a strong understanding of design, website maintenance / coding and project management. This person should have management experience, coupled with hands on development skills. Individuals should be motivated and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced, and successful culture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain data-driven websites and applications using creativity and database skills
- Communicate with Offer Managers to problem solve and improve offer performance
- Develop code for internal tracking programs
- Manage a five member team, ensuring design and coding best practices
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and code websites using HTML, XML, CSS, PHP/MySQL and JavaScript / JavaScript Libraries
- Experience working with Linux is a plus
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming ideal
- Experience with Flash, Actionscript and SEO ideal
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of and willingness to continuously explore emerging web technologies
- Design flexibility to work with us on our vision / brand
- Ability to administer constructive criticism to a junior team
- Time management skills
- The ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Candidates should have the ability to adapt to constantly shifting priorities
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
- Bachelor’s degree with solid work samples
